A fixture both sets of supporters look for, without anybody losing sleep.
Two clubs who spent three seasons proving nothing, and then both found something.
Goats United were seventeenth in Season 1. Chicken United were nineteenth. Neither had a trophy, neither had a star, and neither had a reason to be looked at. Then Goats climbed to ninth, fifth and eighth, and in Season 4 they won the APL Cup, beating Dog CF 4-3 in the final, having lost the Season 2 final 3-2 to Penguin Palace on the way. They also took Lion City to the Super Cup final in Season 4 and lost it 2-0 at home. Their academy won the Season 3 Academy title.
Chicken United climbed too, quieter about it: sixth in Season 2, thirteenth in Season 3, and fifth in Season 4, their best finish, three places above Goats United, as they were in Season 2.
So the balance flipped. Goats United are now the club with the cabinet and the pressure that comes with it; Chicken United are the club that finished above them anyway. For Goats, losing here undoes a season. For Chicken, winning here is the whole argument.
