StatureHeavyweight

Big enough that a title challenge is a fair thing to ask for out loud.

FanbaseHuge

One of the largest followings in the league, and it travels everywhere.

StandingFledgling

Something on the board, and not yet enough of it to be known for.

Expectation
Dominance, and mid-table four times instead
Identity
A league and a cup in the old APL, and nothing anybody here remembers

The story is all in the part nobody can date. An old league title and an old APL Cup, and then a squad expensively assembled, a support among the largest in the league, and no shortage of anything except a season worth remembering. No player has ever defined the place. Plenty of good ones have come through and nobody argues about any of them, which makes a club this big a strange thing to support.

Tenth, thirteenth, eleventh, twelfth. Four counted seasons, no trophy and no top-nine finish, with FC Pig above them every single year on a fraction of the money. The Season 4 cup ended 7-1 at home to Goats United.

The Entitlement Derby

AFC Dolphin

HeatWarm

A fixture both sets of supporters look for, without anybody losing sleep.

Two big clubs with big expectations and, between them across four seasons, one top-nine finish. Tenth, thirteenth, eleventh and twelfth for Capybara; fourteenth, fifteenth, ninth and eleventh for Dolphin. They are fighting over mid-table, and both think that is beneath them.
